CondolenceTo the family of Judge Bob Moore: I am deeply saddened to hear of Bob's passing! I had the pleasure of meeting him in 1982 when I first went to Livingston Town Court.  At that time he was still in his twenties and must have been the youngest judge in the entire state! Over the next 30+ years, I regularly appeared before him on Thursday evenings, got to know him very well and respected him immensely!
Bob was very witty and smart, gregarious and grounded, community minded knowledgeable of the law, efficient and innovative.  He was always patient and treated all who appeared before him with dignity and respect no matter who they were! Bob was just and fair and truly understood the human condition. He saw the best in people and whenever he was required to impose a sentence, he would tailor it primarily to rehabilitate that particular individual!
Bob knew from the community many who appeared before him and it was apparent that he genuinely cared for them! Bob was one of a rare breed of individuals who possessed the best possible temperament one could want in a judge! His passing is a colossal loss to the community and to the fair administration of justice! He will not be forgotten!

CondolenceBobby was a great man. I was fortunate to have had the pleasure meeting him several times for dinner along with other of his friends. He gave sage advice and had great wit.  He was loyal to his friends.  As a judge, he was one of the best. Being a lawyer doesn't make you a good judge.  Some Town Judges might be lawyers but he was better.  No one was quite like Bobby Moore and i know there is a special place for him in heaven and in our hearts.

CondolenceI have so many great memories of growing up with Bob from Kindergarten through graduation at GCS. We were in band together and had many good laughs. I saw him at our class of '72 20th & 40th reunions and was so very glad to hear he and Karen Vale had found each other after many years apart. Bob was always someone of integrity who garnered my respect. My dad (Glenn Webster) was a Germantown Town Justice for many years and I was so blessed to hear Bob served Livingston this way also. And my husband is an electrical contractor, so I was also glad to hear Bob was working in the same vocation. I know he will be missed terribly by many people. I also know that he cared about God and that I will see him again at Christ's Return (I Thessalonians 4:13-18 and I Corinthians 15:51-58). I am praying for God's comfort to surround all who loved Bob (including me).
